Returns

Because we work with multiple global suppliers, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or incorrect orders made by the customer.
However, we will replace or refund items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (where applicable).

Note: Some suppliers may require the item to be returned to their warehouse before a refund is processed. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personal care items (e.g., underwear, cosmetics, hygiene products)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your request is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may have been processed, and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
